Well, first of all, for an operation like this, you're going to
have to display it all at once (i.e. turn off paging).
I'm a bit confused, because you mention copying to the clipboard
and then saving to the database; these two actions would not be part of
the same process.

be given an option to deselect rows (in all pages) and finally he will
save the records back to the database.
