Hi! I'm not a VB expert, but I noticed that you're creating your myCommand and myDataReader objects within the 'If Not Page.IsPostBack...' code block.
You may be running into a scoping issue, meaning that the myDataReader object is declared locally but is only accessible within the block of code where it's declared. Once you get outside of the IF, it's no longer accessible. Try moving the DIMs up so that they're below the first DIM (outside of the IF). Hope that helps! Ray ------------------------ Yahoo!
