I wanted to ask another question because your answers made some question for 
me. You see my scenario is like this:

There is a web service that uses SSL for connecting to it. Now I am having a 
code for my page to access this web service. I am having this page on a testing 
web server, now if I want to run this page to see how I am connected to this 
web server. Do I have to have SSL certificate on my web server? Is it necessary?
