I have a form at http://BelchingToadClan.gotdns.com/btcnet/JoinBTC.aspx That 
when filled out properly will not submit to the next page. Instead it jsut 
re-displays itself. I have the code listed below. I have a form tag that 
tells it were to submit to but it ignores it apparently.
