It's going to be hard to tell you the correct information without knowing how your network is setup. I believe you will want to setup 2 vlans. One for the old subnet and one for the new subnet. Then, if you want the subnets to talk to each other setup a route between the two vlans. You do not need a third vlan. On the internet access question it is hard to say. If you setup a route to the internet and then you may be able to add an access list to the vlan to only allow certain ip's onto the internet. If I create a VLAN for each subnet, will they still be able to talk between themselves, or would I need a 3rd VLAN that includes the port to the internet, with some routing?
