If I understand Walther correctly, he says one must fill the dataset
each time before doing:
DataGrid1.CurrentPageIndex = e.NewPageIndex;
I dont understand why one must fill the dataset, it does not change
at all, still has the same number of records.
see page 566 in walther.
It seems to me there ought to be a way to get the start index and
end index numbers from the DataSet.
