Well, first of all, do you have the exact business logic to convert the text
documents to word documents. If so, put this code in a Windows Service and
schedule it to run based on your schedule.


A simple solution might be to write a simple console application which does
the conversion and then use Windows Scheduler to do the job. ASP.NET is not
designed for these kind of things.
