One of the very best ISP's with terrific support and lots of features for small money is www.webhost4life.com i have been using them for nearly two years and i must tell you their support is unbeatable.... second to none.
I have no financial interest in their operation, but when i get the chance to rave about an ISP I always rave about them... less than hour turn around on email support and if thats not fast enough you can call them and they will help right then and there... i have had three other ISP's in the past... these guys are really dedicated. Dont know if they support linux?? they do support MSSql, mysql, asp, aspx and lots of other stuff. In two years have never been down. www.foodventure.com is my website for what its worth.
