Details: I have 2 tables: Property and Room Room tables have PK: roomId, and FK: propertyId, roomStatus Rooms attributes: roomId, propertyId, maxcapacity, roomStatus(free or booked) Property attributes: propertyId, numOfRooms, .. I want to design a query to be able to check the availability of a property that suports the entered capacity. I have first to check the number of free rooms, then come up with their capacities.. the user enters the desired: capacity, number of rooms. Thank you so much for your help and time. any sources are very welcome regards Imane imane elfechtani wrote: Thank you friends, that was helpful ;) regards Imane [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Yahoo!
