[AspNetAnyQuestionIsOk] Error while debugging any ASP.net project

HI,

     I am unable to run my ASP.net web application project,while
running  i am receiving an error such as
          
     Error while trying to run project: unable to startdebugging on
the web server.The project is not configured to be debugged.
