[AspNetAnyQuestionIsOk] how to load a .cs file programmatically?

Hi guys,
 
I wanna know how to load a .cs file programmatically.
 
In my Application I have a .cs file that inherits a 'LiteralControl' 
class and I wanna load it programmatically. how can I do this??
