Hi guys ,
I am using server controls for validating fields i am using for sending email.
Now the code looks like this
if request.form("Email")<> ""
send email code ...
end if
in the script
i m using <asp: required field component and also validate email address
component .>
Now when i click submit button , it says email required if it is not entered ,
but if i enter like hhh , it passes the required validation , displays "enter
proper email address" ., but also send email ... it should stop for entering
proper email address. . .
problem is i dont know how to call the validation component ...
i mean i want to put if request.form("Email") = --- validation component-------
