Thanks for your quick replies. As you said I copied the existing code
as a seperate text file and replaced the code in the VS with plain
html.

But still the same error appears again.
the companies.company_details class inherits from
BizCommon.contactDetails base class. In the company_details class the
contact details of the company is displayed by calling the
base.showContactDetails() method in the page_load event and then the
other details of the company are displayed. Everything works perfectly
when running the application.
but don't know what could be the problem when working in Visual
Studio.......... :(
