Write it in MS Access using VBA. You can step through the code and change it until it works. Your biggest bottleneck (smallest giant?) is going to be your ISP's throttle on how many emails you can send at one time. It is getting smaller every day, this amount. But you can set up your VBA to partition the chunk of emails into smaller pieces. You can connect to a remote database using ODBC if you have to.
