I've used the brinkster professional package from brinkster and it's very good. I didn't use there web stuff very much. Built an ASP.Net (C#) site using a MySQL database. There were a few issues since I'm using Sessions but I think we've kind of cleared those up. I would recommend brinkster. It seemed to be the cheapest with the most features.
