Hi, Just need to upgrade your .net framework version by trying the following: Start > Program Files > Microsoft VS.NET > Microsoft VS.NET Tools > Microsoft VS.NET Command Prompt then type: aspnet_regiis /i and aspnet_regiis -r. this should bring up a message about replacing a dll file. after some time, you will see a message that it is all done. Try to create a Web App now thru VS.NET, and it should work.
If it doesn't work I am afraid that you need to reinstall the whole thing.
