Hope this helps

here is the difference between an interface and
abstract class, it also tells which type is favored in
designing an application

1. In the interface all methods must be abstract, in
the abstract class some methods can be concrete.

2. In the interface no accessibility modifiers are
allowed, which is ok in abstract classes.

3. C# does not allow multiple inheritance, whereas it
does allow multiple implementation of interfaces.
Therefore, interfaces are preferred over abstract
classes.
