You can have some Other Extension instead of ASPX ,for that You have to change the Mapping in IIS server so that IIS knows How to treat files with
a particular Extension ,By default it directs files with .ASPX extn for processing thorugh .NET FRAMEWORK.See ASP.NET Configuration changes for further Help.
