Err you could use a subdomain which is coupled to an IP address.
aka shop.domain.com
Doesn't cost anything extra to register.

You can also use local urls within the shop.

Costs of dynamicly adding a bit of fluf to links is neglectable.
Depending on your caching / amount of links.

You only need to do the links which aren't done to the same place anyway.
