Are there any truly free web hosting sites available to learn .Net programming? I am trying to learn programming for mobile phones, and can't seem to find any sites that do not charge monthly fees. Brinkster is close, but there are so many rules about using their educational site that using VB.Net is all about coding for exceptions and work arounds. Any help or referals would be appreciated.
