I have been messing around with visual web developer 2005 express. The problem I am having is that when I try using the microsoft templates available for download and also the latest version of the dotnetnuke application the visual web dev program says it has to convert the files and then after converting them the applications end up with many errors. Is this an .net 1.1 vs. .net 2.0 issue? Does visual web dev just not support these templates etc or has anyone else encountered the same problems and determined the cause?
