The analysis has no credibility because of the statement: "php indexes better in directories"
Since asp / asp.net / php / jsp whatever just produces HTML on the client its the HTML the programmer produces that can be more directly friendly or not. They are getting biased advice and incorrect advice. PHP runs on more platforms than ASP -- that would be an objective reason to switch if one had or wanted to run Unix servers. But the reasons cited are not anything to do with PHP's strengths vs. ASP.
