The easiest way to transport data from MsSql --> Access is through the 
import functionality of access.

You might be able to do this trough Access OLE automation.

Another way would be to create insert statements from the MsSql database but 
this would be quite a bit harder, because you would also need to build the 
DB schema information and convert the columns.

Data only it is quite doable.
