There is one solution .but this is not accurate solution .pls apply
this
.
you apply DIV tag in the List box and set the proper width and height
in the DIv tag
for example
<div id='divscroll' style="OVERFLOW: auto; WIDTH: 100px; HEIGHT:
86px">
<asp:listbox id="ListBOx1" runat="server" ></asp:listbox>
</div>
