I don't really think this is such a good idea :) If a question is generic enough to come up a couple of times, there are bound to be multiple articles out there on the internet on sites like:
learnasp asp101 4guysfromrolla etc The information is already out there so the best thing to do IMHO is just google using the correct keywords and include links in your response. Say for some freak reason a question isn't answered online, or you don't like the way it's answered. You can always write a blog post / article about it. Which takes slightly more time then an email. If it's good you can always send it to one of the existing Asp / Asp.Net sites. Want to do something together, make a joined blog for this group.
