I agree and understand. But is it possible to hold array of Datatables or Datasets in an array ?.
If it is, then once the array is populated with the info I want, then I don't neeed to go to the database again. The prime objective is to display listings of x records in a browser *but* only 10 per page and allow the user to navigate to the next page, which would have been already constructed from the Array, rather than once the user clicks on the page 2 link, then make a call to the database. A dataset is an array of DataTables with some extra functionality trown in. These 2 are made for holding your data in .Net.
