Hi guys,
I have an established asp.net app in regular use by a hundred or so clients. The main functionality revolves around a search page which displays results in a datagrid. Custom paging is implemented, & works very well. However ONE customer reports that she regularly (not always, but much more often than not) gets dnserror.htm (The page cannot be displayed. etc.) when she requests the next page of results. Replicating the client's actions precisely from our own network fails to generate the error. It appears that this is related in some way to the client's browser, network, or internet connection settings rather than the application - any thoughts or clues as to the possible cause would be most welcome.
