Define two <asp:panel type areas with the links inside and a button, either a 
asp link button or an image button.  Then for those buttons define an onCommand 
function.  In the code behind check to see if the panel is hidden... if it is 
show it if not hide it.  If you get stuck post up some code and we will try to 
point you in the right direction.
