The classes are in January (1st week of Feb I go back to full time coding*) in Rockville Maryland (near Washington DC visitors can easily sightsee after class): => Jan 31st I am teaching a 4 day C# ASP.net 2.0 class. => Jan 17th I will teach a VB.net ASP.net class. both classes will include Vstudio 2.0 coverage. Vstudio 2.0 has a LOT of great features.
The $950 rate can only be obtained by early class payment. Check out the main page of LearnAsp.com for more details. It is $1,450 if paid later you must pay early to get the $950 rate. For those who don't know my teaching background I have taught programming for over 20 years (alternating with real world coding) and can supply a gaggle of student references upon request you can call and/or email to check what my students think of the class. The classes will be hands-on 1 person per computer and cover the 2.0 .net Framework, Vstudio and all the useful 2.0 time savers: MasterPages, GridView, Views and Wizards and Panels, DataSources, ADO.net standard and new features, Ajax, library and object basics, building User controls and Server Controls, XML, Webservices, Authentication, Code Snippets, and much more. Of course the classes will offer great coverage of ASP.net 2.0 for total beginners (no ASP.net experience) but the way we present the new controls and syntax ASP.net 1.1 veterans will learn new tactics to reduce their code and replace old tactics with new ones. * A few weeks ago I was asked to teach a private ASP.net 2.0 class so I took a week off my consulting assignment in South Carolina to deliver a class. The class went well, so I am in a mood to teach a few more before I start my next job. With a deadline of Feb 1st to land my next full-time coding job, and already taking some time too to be with kids on their Japanese school vacation, I realized I could fit 2 public classes into my schedule before I vanish into the folds of full-time programming again early next year. ------------------------ Yahoo!
