Paul,

I use .Net Advantage  from http://www.infragistics.com/. Licensure is on a per-developer basis. It is reasonably priced. I use their navigation bars, list bars, menu bars, etc. It includes a charting package, although I have not used it. The components I have used I have found to be very solid, flexble, and professional in appearance. I have their support package also, but I have never had to use it. I have been able to do everything I want after reading their documentation and examing samples and tutorials.

Subject: [AspNetMetroArea] Charting Component Needed -- Advice sought

I'm involved in a not-for-profit startup intended to improve the
image of the U.S. in the rest of the world.

We've got access to data from polls taken all over the world and
would like to present it via charts on our .net based web-site
(under development using dotnetnuke).  The site is hosted on a
shared machine at webhost4life.com

Can someone recommend a charting package (preferable a low cost one)
that will let us generate on-the-fly bar and pie charts from data
stored in an SQL database into web forms?  Being able to do simple
statistics (like a cross-tabs) would be a bonus.

ChartFx will not work because their licensing does not permit
installation on a shared host.

Thanks in advance for your help.
