Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI), an IT solutions and services
provider recognized for our steady growth over the past 16 years is
recruiting 
for a Programmer/Systems Architect with solid experience providing web-based
document imaging capabilities.  

The successful candidate will lead the full-life-cycle development of a
robust and secure mechanism for medical document and imaging capability.  He
or she 
will develop a software plan as well as a hardware plan that assures
reliability and a practical web-driven solution.  Expected document/image 
formats include PDF, TIFF, JPG, and/or DICOM all of which will be submitted
preferably through a web client.  This work will be located on-site with our

client in Fairfax, VA.

Candidates should have a BS Degree and 5+ years of experience.  (An
equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
Candidates must have experience with hardware and software solutions for
Document Imaging systems.  Leadership experience is also required in order
to deliver a document 
imaging capability of a significant size.  Actual programming experience in
web driven .Net software is required.  Knowledge of document imaging
standards and protocols is key.  Excellent consulting, communication,
interpersonal, and presentation skills are mandatory.  U.S. Citizenship and
the ability to obtain a Government-granted clearance may be required.
