To be undertaken at The University of Ballarat. This scholarship is offered bi-annually to 5 people. Open for applications from January 3, 2005 until October 31, 2005. The value of this scholarship is AUD15080 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses and fees. This scholarship is paid fortnightly. This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: BEHAVIOURAL AND COGNITIVE SCIENCES, Business and management, EDUCATION, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, Human movement and sports science, INFORMATION, COMPUTING AND COMMUNICATION SCIENCES, MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES, Nursing, SCIENCE - GENERAL or SOCIAL SCIENCES, HUMANITIES AND ARTS - GENERAL. It is required that your study starts no earlier than February 1, 2006. This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent. There are no restrictions on citizenship. The scholarships enable suitably qualified applicants to commence a full-time research degree. Students for whom English is a foreign language will need to provide evidence of their English language competence. The EIPRS pays the full international student fees charged by Flinders University for a research higher degree. It also provides the recipient and dependants with student health cover. In addition, Flinders University may provide, to students with outstanding prior studies, a Flinders stipend to accompany the EIPRS. This provides the recipient with a generous living allowance, which is tax exempt and indexed annually. This scholarship is offered annually to 6 people.
