Position: Human Resources Management Trainee

Job description:

· People related administration – to be able to coordinate a team in administration area

· Performance Appraisal System – monitor and take actions for improving the quality of this process

· Salaries management - understand the policies and procedures and take actions in accordance with these

· Involved in resourcing area – monitor and coordinate the recruitment process.

Requirements:

· University degree-Preferable economical graduate – preferable 2003-2005 graduated

· Previous experience in HR Dept (at least 1 year) or direct involved in one project in HR area

· Good communication skills

· Good knowledge in Romanian legislation

· Very good computer skills – Word (advanced), Excel (good), Access (beginner) - ( to be tested )

· English fluency

· Military service: completed

· Driving license – yes
