Business Development Office Assistant and Translator
   
  Multinational company is searching a competent full-time Office and Program 
Assistant and Translator to assist the management of the local business 
development office in Bucharest.
   
  Skills needed: 
    
   Organized and detail oriented   
   Excellent relationship building skills   
   Speak, read and write fluently in English   
   Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word 
  Job Description:
  This is a small office therefore individual must have ability to manage 
multiple tasks, which will include media monitoring, research, 
translation/interpretation and administrative responsibilities.   
    
  Media Monitoring
    
   Track energy sector press stories and reporters   
   Write daily English language summary on energy sector press stories from 
Romanian media 
   Research
    
   Research on ad-hoc basis companies and energy-sector related matters. 
   Translations/interpretation
    
   Interpretation at meetings with government officials   
   Perform translation on a low-volume basis and outsource the high-volume ones 
  
   Develop and maintain relationships, contracts, confidentiality agreements 
with translation/interpreters companies with contact information costs, 
availability   
   Maintain glossary of energy terminology 
   
  Administrative:
    
   Coordinate travel – airport transfers and hotel for visitors from company 
headquarters   
   Manage relationship with service providers   
   Track office expenses and reports   
   Manage relationship with accounting firm, provide them previous month 
documents (bills, bank statements, copies of recently signed contracts)  
   Managing incoming/outgoing faxes/letters  
   Office supplies
