However, we have identified a few general traits which ensure that you are eligible to apply: You are in the last two years of your undergraduate studies You have good academic results (However, this is not our main criterion!) You have significant extracurricular experience You can identify leadership, initiative, drive for change, flexibility and orientation towards results as part of your personality No commitment or obligations are necessary for the Talents who win the scholarships and no compulsory training will be required.
