The role entails delivery of high quality professional recruitment solutions
and pro-active selling of CVO services to both client and candidates.
Consultants are focused on maximising revenue contribution and meeting and
exceeding all revenue- and recruitment-related targets set. Our Finance
Consutlant will provide support to the Business Manager with respect to
leading, coaching and developing the team
What you will be doing on a daily basis:
· Creating and implementing a business development strategy including the
execution of a detailed business plan;
· Creating, maintaining and developing a portfolio of new and existing
clients;
· Continually identifying leads and new business opportunities and
executing the appropriate recruitment methodology including, contingency,
exclusive contingency, retained search, and retained advertising campaigns;
· Effective management and timely delivery of full recruitment lifecycle,
including client aquisition, client meetings, candidate resourcing,
interviewing and shortlisting of candidates, and offer management;
· Proactively researching and understanding the local recruitment market,
including business trends, competitor awareness, salary bandings and potential
opportunities;
· Identifying and sourcing business opportunities for other CVO divisions
and countries;
· Leading and support researchers with their search activities
· Ensuring that Bond Adapt or relevant database is updated with all
relevant quality information relating to their clients and candidates;
Required skills/traits you will need:
EITHER 2 years worth of finance-related recruitment experience
OR 2 years worth of recruitment experience, plus solid Finance experience
(corporate/financial services)
Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication (written and oral) and
negotiation skills;
Service orientated with a focus on quality, communication and completion
Business orientated with an entrepreneurial spirit and pragmatic getting
things done attitude.
