Background information
I want to invite you for an youth exchange that will be held in August 2007
in Poland. Using baseball as the main sport we will learn how important it is
to provide equal opportunities for everyone in everydays life. We want to
prove that gender, race, culture and everything else that differs us should not
be a problem and given equal opportunities we can reach the same results.
Thats why we will all learn how to play baseball, not a popular sport in
Europe, but very simple. The last day we will organise a tournament. We also
want to discuss problems of tolerance and european citizenship. Together 42
participants from 7 countries will take part in our project.
Aims of the seminar
