La sfarsitul lunii octombrie Presedintele EDUGATE si IRSCA Gifted Education, Dl Prof. Colceag a fost prezent in Palermo, Italia, la lucrarile *Conferintei Internationale intitulate: "An Opportunity for the Educational Systems from Europe: Cognitive Mediation and Development of the Learning Potential". *Aici s-au pus bazele formarii unui Consortiu Educational European pentru copiii cu nevoie speciale de educatie - un obiectiv extrem de important in gifted education, pentru sprijinul copiilor cu potential si abilitati inalte dar si pentru multe alte categorii de 'learners'.
