What you will be doing on a daily basis:
Creating, maintaining and developing a portfolio of new and existing
clients;
Effective management and timely delivery of full recruitment lifecycle,
including client aquisition, client meetings, candidate resourcing,
interviewing and shortlisting of candidates, and offer management;
Proactively researching and understanding the local recruitment market,
including business trends, competitor awareness, salary bandings and potential
opportunities;
Continually identifying leads and new business opportunities;
Supporting divisional teams in completing recruitment projects.
