   On behalf of it, we are now looking for Service Desk Trainers.
   
  Responsibilities: 
 
 
  ■      Designing and administering in-house programs to train all 
levels of personnel
  ■      Implementing and operating in-house programs, practices, and 
procedures for developing optimal utilization of personnel 
  ■      Developing tests and visual aids, coordinating class 
arrangements, conducting training classes, and developing criteria for 
evaluating effectiveness of training activities 
  ■      Taking an active part in determining actual training needs
  ■      Assessing the success of training programs and using feedback 
from session participants to improve the trainings
   
     Required Skills: 
   
  ■      Experience in a similar role 
  ■      Experience in curriculum development and in providing technical 
training 
  ■      The ability to operate efficiently and to meet the ever changing 
requirements in a rapidly changing work environment
  ■      Fluency in English and German
