  Team Assistant - Financial Services Department
  Located: Bucharest
   
   
   
  Job Objective:
    
   Provide accurate and timely administrative and secretarial assistance to the 
Managing Director and to all other departments and team members, when required. 
              
     Serve as contact point between Financial Services Romania and external 
parties: providers, custommers, media etc.

  Main Responsabilities:
            1. Give administrative Support to the Managing Director:
• schedule meetings
• organize travel & accommodation for team and guests
• take phone calls for Managing Director and follow-up on them
• draft documents, correspondence and memoranda and proofread documents 
• coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes 
• perform translations
• provide administrative support to other team members when required
2. Coordinate and perform On-boarding Process and ensure appropriate 
Administration, in close cooperation with the Services Provider 
• Perform activities related to employee boarding & integration 
• Maintain employee master data
3. Administrate HR related Issues 
• Maintain personnel records for working hours etc. and co-ordinate with 
external payroll provider 
• Process vacation & parental leave 
• Manage jubilees
• Process employee loans 
• Process expense (travel etc.) reimbursement 
4. Coordinate Compensation, Benefit and Payroll Process
• Ensure appropriate proceeding of Cafeteria benefits
5. Enable Mercedes Benz being a preferred Employer 
• Steer the annual global results
6. Manage HR Head Quarters related Topics and provide Reports
• Be contact person for HR in Head Quarters
• Create internal/external reports employee survey
   

   Qualifications:
            1. training and qualification:
• Communication and organizational skills with an eye for message flow, details 
and tone
2. technical knowledge
• advanced MS Office application skills
• English or German: fluent in writing and speaking
3. soft skills/individual competence
• ability to establish priorities, 
• a professional and friendly personality 
• flexibility, initiative, discretion and loyalty
4. experience
• Several Years experience a similar position
