Job opportunity - HR Admin - entry level CANDIDATUL IDEAL: We are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience Minimum 1 year of job-specific experience in HR Administration or HR Support Knowledge of country-specific HR policies and procedures across HR functions Communication skills Romanian native speaker and very good English skills (verbal and written) Responsibilities: Effective and timely support to employees, managers and HR Delivery of locally conditioned HR administration tasks for employees and managers in the country or countries Employee contract maintenance Data support to standardized HR processes Administrative support to local benefit programs Country support to Contact HR case resolution Country-specific and legal mandatory HR activities enabling and facilitating workforce (work permits, mandatory reporting, diversity reports etc.) Country administrative support to HR ad-hoc and local programs, admin support to Country HR Manager where needed (max. 10% of capacity) DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI SAU A JOBULUI: CHALLENGING JOBS IN OUR COMPANY DELIVERING SERVICES FOR MULTINATIONAL CLIENTS While we are mainly looking for graduates (excellent foreign language command preferred), students in the final year are also invited to join us!
