Dear MC,

I would like to get a few things out of the way first.

My giving opinions on Assam.org is not intended as a contest between
you and me or others. Views posted here are all personal views.
Sometimes we are wrong and at others we are right. Thats where it
stands.

My only comment on this particular topic was about the effects of
spending, which you categorized as a 'theory'. I did not think it was
nor did I claim it to be one.
I posted the comment more as one more facet of corruption of public
funds. Santanu, who is actually an economist, gave us some good
explanations and with good analyses.

What does that mean? My comment in no way even talked about this
aspect. You can scandalize India and all its progress to kingdom come.
That is up to you. And it does not affect "me" in the least. You have
your views, and others have theirs. I respect your views. The Assam
org is capable of accommodating both. My views are obviously different
 from yours.

Have a good day.
