I think the idea is capital (I don't Dispur - the idea is capital) :)

You could also set up a store that sells picket signs. You could sell
stickers commonly used. All the strikers will have to do is buy/rent
those posts from you. The bondho organizers would realize cost savings
off the bat (talk about not seeing the forest for the trees).
