Ram:

One of the abiding mysteries of this "Assam is the land of lahe,
lahe" thingie to me is how those who slap this label on their 'race'
while the labelers themselves escaped from it.

Would they not do an enormous service to the despicable slowpokes of
Assam if they shared how they escaped from the genetic curse to have
turned out to be the god's-gift-to-humanity they must be?
Obviously they have found the secret answer.

I can't wait to learn that secret myself. But something tells me it
won't be divulged. Why would they give out their trump card? Or would
they?

But seeing how you tippy-toed away from it, I don't think it would be
wise for me to hold my breath. I don't want to become a martyr for as
stupid a cause as this--trying to find out how these achievers broke
free from their destined fate.
