Dear CM:
Since the BFC is an important matter
for entire NE, is it possible to publish your English version of the article in
some professional journal of India (I don't know what those journals are at this
time, neither I have any idea detail facts and figures of your
article). The point is publication of the article only in a soft magazine like
Oxom Bani may simply generate some soft Assamese sentiments and
may end there unless it is followed up and discussed and debated. But if
you have written something professional and eye opener, it need to be
published, evaluated, discussed on its technical merits by the entire
intellengtia of North East and India. How about trying to publish it some
International magazine of Rivers? Let us know if you need any
help.
Rajen
.
