It is illegal to participate any more in this discussion by going into the merits of a court case which is sub judice. Just for information sake, the case has been filed against the writer jointly with Ananda Bazar Patrika, one of the richest newspapers of India. We would be able to discuss it after the verdict which, I believe, would be delivered soon as the matter does not appear to be complicated.
