Dear Mr. Dilip,

It is not a question of real or imaginery.  The question is whether people can afford to handle 100+ mails a day.  If we can send a summery of mails in a day, with individual link to every mails, i feel nobody would have like to unsubscribe from such a interesting group, where people think 100% for the developement of axom and axomia.
For most people in assam and other parts of India, it is not easy to access internet throughout the day. So one day off means 200+ mails in a single mail box. And if one week business tour, u can well imagine the problem.

I hope u have understand the real problem.

thanks,

Several people are complaining of unwanted subscription to Assamnet. Was there some kind of mass campaign for membership recently? I am beginning to doubt whether all new members who sprouted up in the last two months are real. They came, they talked for a couple of weeks and now they are gone. Can they be real?

Hello KC,

Sorry to hear of your troubles. But I understand your predicament.

This is a self subscribe/un-subscribe e-mail list. If you click on
http://assamnet.org/mailman/listinfo/assam_assamnet.org, it will lead you to the web-page for un-subscribing.

I hope it works. And if your circumstances allow you to, we certainly would like to see you return as a participating member in this kharkhowa juhalor-mel of ours.

Good luck.

Dear Sir/Sirs

I am getting lots of mail every day from assamnet.org which i cannot follow/read/delete every day and causing lot of problem.

So i request you to reduce the number of emails from the group.  So kindly make sure that you send only one summary email every day as i am not interested to receive individual emails or delete my name from the list of subscriber.

Thanks,
