- e.g. 1, while I was discussing with Bhuban I strongly concluded that Chandan was writing rubbish. So I ignored, did not reply to Chandan :)
- e.g. 2 Chandan had confused me with another man - perhaps due to
old age, he is about 65 year old now. It would be better to ignore,
because if you would write something he would throw more, why to hurt
an old man :)

"Ignore burking of mad dog" is not necessarily be in regards to religious context.
We see people ignoring in other context as well.
e.g. I had ignored Chandan Mahanta's emails recently
Mayur did not respond to Chandan's last email
So the usage of the phrase "ignore burking of mad dog" can be for other context too :)
