Mr. Bidyut Kakati,

Please refrain from attacking individuals at a personal level. This is
my public warning to you. Please take part in debates, but don't attack
anyone individually. If I see you continue to attack anyone personally,
I will be forced to remove you from Assamnet.
Assamnet must remain free of language that is deterrent to debating
issues without personal attacks. It must remain a friendly and open
environment for debates and discussions of all kinds. Members must not
feel intimidated in any way to express their opinions in a polite and
respectful manner.

Assamnet is publicly available, but is fully paid for by a single
individual. Membership of Assamnet must not be misused.

If you don't like Assamnet and its administrators, you don't have to be
a part of this list. If you were invited to join, that invitation can
be withdrawn by the administrators at their sole discretion.

I have privately requested you to provide us with your full name, your
address and a phone number to contact you so that we can establish your
identity. Being a privately owned and privately managed mailing list,
its administrators have full right to know who is on the mailing list.
If your identity is not established with us by this coming Saturday,
you will be removed from this list.

Subject: [Assam] Abusive assamnet administrators

  Jugal Kalita (Colorado),
 Saurav Pathak (Pennsylvania)
 and Babul Gogoi (Delhi)

You may find the following useful where I explain (with some
observations) why I turned down your invitation to join Assamnet (
[email protected]) in the past.

In the meantine, where can I find the rulebook of assamnet?

I protest for not making the rulebook available immediately after my
joining, and thus I will unsubscribe within 24 hours (however upon
receiving your rulebook I may consider to join your group so you may
post the rulebook to my ID [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

 Regards,

 Bidyut Kakati

The following is an email that you three had invited me in the past
to join [email protected] (Assamnet). To my observation, you
three have been unprofessional with demonstrated ability of abuses so
I had never accepted your invitation to join your World's oldest
Assamese mailing list.

Jugal Kalita (Colorado) is a U.S. Citizen from U.S.A. who is an
employee of the U.S. university (http://www.uccs.edu) where
[email protected] or Assamnet was hoisted, but he never had the
authorization to hoist such electronic forum at that scale using the
academic resources of that U.S. university.

Saurav Pathak (Pennsylvania) is from U.S.A. who is/was neither a
student nor an employee permitting him to access the academic resources
of that U.S. university. How did he manage to access University network
Pennsylvania?

Babul Gogoi (Delhi) is from India who is/was neither a student nor an
employee permitting him to access the academic resources of that U.S.
university. How did he manage to access University network from India?

You three had abused academic resources of that U.S. university and
misguided hundreds of people on the name of Assam.

Jugal Kalita is a moral coward of U.S.A while the other two are
Assamese Cowards of Assam, India.

   * Why they had gone to Academic network through backdoor?

 * Why they had been abusive to academic resources on the name of Assam?
  * How can Jugal Kalita a U.S. National continued such abuse on Assam?
Did he learn his this art at school/work?
